Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Impact-driven Growth, an AI-based expert system owned by RUNROOM S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "RUNROOM"). The tool is designed to provide methodological support and to help structure strategic challenges under RUNROOM's own framework.

The tool is designed exclusively as methodological and educational support for strategic reflection, and not as an automated advisory or decision-making system.

To ensure safety and regulatory compliance, it is strictly prohibited to use Impact-driven Growth for the evaluation of work performance, for decisions on hiring or dismissal, for the assessment of the creditworthiness of individuals, or for any activity that may affect people's fundamental rights, health or safety.

Any use outside the purposes set out and expressly described in these Terms, or contrary to the limitations established herein, shall be carried out under the sole responsibility of the user.

Both the architecture of the tool and the metrics and impact framework on which it is based are the exclusive property of RUNROOM or of third parties that license them to RUNROOM for use in the tool. Use of the tool does not grant the user any rights over the system's internal logic.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the prompts and must review, validate and apply their own critical judgement to any result generated by the AI. RUNROOM is not responsible for business decisions made based on the tool's suggestions.

The user acknowledges that AI systems may generate incorrect or inaccurate information (so-called "hallucinations") and that responsible use involves critically reviewing the results obtained.

RUNROOM reserves the right to modify, suspend or update the tool to ensure its technical robustness or to comply with future guidelines of the European AI Office, provided that such modifications do not reduce the guarantees offered to users in terms of data protection and transparency.

Use of the tool does not in any case constitute the provision of binding legal, financial, strategic or professional consulting advice. The Generated Content is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

RUNROOM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, economic harm or loss of profits arising from decisions the user makes after using the tool. It is the user's sole responsibility to validate the Generated Content and apply it under their own professional judgement.
