2. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes, depending on your profile:

For Students of RUNROOM Training Programs

Purpose of processing: To provide methodological support, help structure strategic challenges, and personalize learning through the expert system.

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), as this is a digital service that forms an integral part of the training delivered by RUNROOM and is necessary for its proper provision.

For External Users

Purpose of processing: To enable access to the strategic analysis tool and manage the relationship with people interested in learning how the tool works and the related services offered by RUNROOM.

Legal basis: Consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the acceptance box upon registration.

Management of the AI System

Purpose of processing: To ensure the security, robustness, and technical improvement of the system.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning and cybersecurity of our tool, including aggregated, non-individualized analysis of usage patterns, without identifying individual persons.

3. Categories of Data Processed

  • Identifying data:Name and email address.
  • Business context data:Information entered by the user in the "prompts" about their company's challenges, metrics, and strategies.
  • Technical data:IP address, interaction logs, and metadata on usage of the AI system.

Important: The tool is not designed to analyze individuals, but rather business contexts described by the user. Personal data is not intentionally requested, and special categories of data even less so.

4. Specific Information about Artificial Intelligence

  • Nature of the system

    When you use the tool, you are interacting with an AI system (an expert system). The responses generated are guidance based on the Impact Growth framework and are in no case automated decisions with legal effects.

  • Human oversight

    The system is designed as a support tool; the final decision on business strategy always rests with the user (informed judgment).

  • Use of data for training

    The data entered by the user will not be used to train or fine-tune any artificial intelligence models, whether our own or those of third parties.

5. Data Retention

Texts entered in free-input fields (prompts) will be kept only for as long as necessary to provide the service and will subsequently be deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required to comply with legal or security obligations.

6. Recipients of the Data

Data will not be shared with third parties.

The tool relies on a number of essential technology providers that act as Data Processors (e.g. hosting services or language model APIs) under strict confidentiality agreements and without the right to use the data for their own purposes.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing [email protected].
